Sauteéd Okra

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh baby okra (No more than a couple inches long. It is IMPORTANT to use only baby okra!) – whole and with about 1/2″ of stem left on the okra
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
